These terms govern your use of rudraksh.org, including the Rudraksh chat, reports, tools, Rudraksh Learn, membership and the Rudraksha store (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to them.

1. Who we are

In India, Rudraksh is operated by Rudraksh Micro Business, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Outside India, Rudraksh is operated by Global Digital Art, Florida, USA. “We”, “us” and “Rudraksh” mean the operator for your country. Contact: om@rudraksh.org.

2. Your account

Give accurate details, keep your password private and tell us at once if you suspect misuse. Visitors under 18 may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. One account is personal to one person.

3. Nature of the guidance

Astrology, numerology, palmistry, Samudrika and related practices are traditional systems of interpretation. Reports, the chat, courses and daily guides combine these traditions with general information from psychology and science. They are offered for reflection and personal growth and are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Decisions you take remain yours.

4. Membership

Membership is a monthly subscription (US$51 per month, shown approximately in your local currency) billed through Stripe. It includes full reports, all courses, the daily guide, a personal astrologer and a Rudraksh specialist for guidance. Without membership you may see previews of reports and the course catalogue. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next billing date.

5. Products

Rudraksha, bracelets, malas and gemstone combinations are prepared for each person; prices are shared individually after a request and are not part of membership. Natural beads vary in size, colour and surface. See the Refund & Cancellation and Shipping policies.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Services: no unlawful, abusive or harmful content, no attempts to access other people’s data, no scraping, reverse engineering or automated misuse, and no impersonation.

7. Intellectual property

All content, reports, course material, designs, software, names and logos belong to their owners as described in the Trademark & Copyright notice. You may use your own reports for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions taken on the basis of traditional guidance. Nothing limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

Users in India: these terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Users outside India: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Florida.

Nothing in this section removes mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the site or by email; continued use after the update means you accept the new terms.
